SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The online store sells and delivers within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, as well as to the other countries listed below. Delivery costs are charged, or are free for orders over €40 or during certain promotional activities of the Online Store.

Products in stock are dispatched on working days (exceptions: public holidays or unforeseeable events).

Items can only be received via a delivery service. The buyer pays for delivery and returns. Delivery prices are shown during the ordering process. All parcels are sent by registered mail and can be tracked with the code you will receive together with the shipping confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for products in stock is usually 1–3 days from placing the order.

If the delivery time is exceptionally longer, we will notify you within the next 48 hours. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is longer, up to 14 days.
